Our goal was to create a device that was compact, durable, and intuitive, giving team leaders quick access to critical information. 

Early exploration mapped how the camera would sit in the hand, how it would be carried, and how information would be accessed in high-stress conditions, establishing a baseline for ergonomics and layout.
